What is the Sanuk® comfort guarantee?
We pride ourselves on creating the world's most comfortable sandals and sidewalk surfers. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your purchase, we offer a 30-day trial period.
How do I find the right size?
Most Sanuk® footwear fits true to size. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. Please refer to our detailed sizing chart for specific measurements.
Are Sanuk® products vegan-friendly?
Many of our styles are 100% vegan and made without any animal products. You can filter for 'Vegan' on our product pages to see all available animal-free options.
How should I clean my Sidewalk Surfers?
Most of our textile-based shoes are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying them out of direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the materials.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, with delivery usually occurring within 3-7 business days.
