At Sanuk®, we want your feet to be as happy as you are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure your package is tracked and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn Sanuk footwear in its original packaging and securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
